At Green Goat Maps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a returns and refunds policy designed to provide you with peace of mind.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The item must not be a custom or personalized product (these are not eligible for returns).
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at orders@greengoatmaps.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
3. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective product, wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is successfully delivered. Greengoatmaps.com is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at orders@greengoatmaps.com. We will offer you a replacement, exchange, or full refund, depending on your preference and product availability. Please provide photos of the damage or defect when contacting us.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds, including:
- Custom or personalized maps or products
- Digital products or downloadable content
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
